It is characterized by an intense red color, exceptional juiciness thanks to the infiltrated fat, and a curing process of 24 to 48 months. Our Cebo de Campo ham is made exclusively by hand and naturally. The drying lasts a minimum of 36 months and takes place in natural drying rooms. This process gives a unique red meat texture, which can range from more intense to darker tones. Iberian Cebo de Campo ham features the perfect amount of infiltrated fat, ensuring its distinctive taste and aroma. Thanks to this fat, the ham’s texture is juicier and less dry than other Iberian hams, providing an outstanding mouthfeel.
