Jamón de Bellota Ibérico is a premium Spanish ham from Iberian pigs fed on acorns (bellota) in oak forests, which gives the meat a nutty aroma and high quality. It is characterized by a long maturation, our ham is dried for at least 36 months, and a rich fat content. The most appreciated version is available in hand-sliced vacuum-packed packages.
This delicacy, known as “pata negra”, is considered one of the best meat products in the world.
