Delivery and payment

Delivery is made in the territory of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union within 48-72 hours from the date of order, during the working week, excluding weekends or public holidays.

The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during the normal handling of the delivery.

Delivery prices for the territory of the Republic of Croatia:

for orders of up to EUR 69.99, the delivery is EUR 5.0
– for orders via a parcel box, the delivery is EUR 2.5 -for orders over EUR 70, the delivery is free

Delivery prices for the EU territory:

for all orders, the delivery is 15.00 EUR

When taking over the parcel, the buyer is obliged to identify themselves to the delivery service employee, check the condition of the shipment and, after determining the correctness of the shipment, sign the delivery note, which confirms the receipt of the shipment. In the event of damage to the shipment, the buyer is obliged to immediately make a complaint to the delivery service employee.

If the buyer does not receive the goods or delivery notice within the expected time, they may notify Eno Galerija d.o.o. in order to take actions to find the shipment or, possibly, to send a replacement shipment – depending on the type of error.

Upon ordering the product, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address. Ordered products are delivered to the buyer in accordance with the terms of delivery.

Customers can pay for the ordered products by direct bank payment (online banking) or by credit cards: Mastercard or Visa.
